Correct Ball Placement

Place the ball in the area outlined in red. This is the hitting zone where the launch monitor will recognize the ball. It is just beyond the middle of the hitting turf towards the screen.

When the ball is placed in the correct location on the hitting mat, the red lights on the launch monitor above you will brighten and there will be an audible 'ding'.

If there is no ball on the mat or it is outside the hitting zone, the lights on the launch monitor will be dim. If your shots aren't reading, check above you to ensure the ball is in the correct location.

Reset the launch monitor if shots are not being read

If your swings aren't being tracked but the ball is in the correct location on the hitting mat, follow these instructions to reset the launch monitor. If the first fix doesn't work, you may also need to restart GS Pro.

Launch GS Pro and Third-Party connector from the desktop

If GS Pro is not running when you show up, or the game needs to be reset from freezing or glitching, follow the instructions in this video.
